Upcoming, free to play, mech action romp MechWarrior online has just had a shiny new area shown off in a new video, bringing with it some incredible, environmental effects. The new area is the Frozen City which, as you can guess, brings snow, ice and a cold breeze to the desolate future. The environment will affect players heavily, with some areas taking time to thaw out or for glacier bridges to form, when it comes to combat, the cold slows down how your mech will heat up, meaning you can attack for longer without fear of overheating. The changing weather will also cause a few problems, with a clear view becoming almost un-navigable when a giant blizzard blows into town and drastically alters visibility.
