Remember sitting down and playing Skyrim and thinking that there was only two ways it could be improved? I did and those two places where there was room for improvement were to make the already enormous world even bigger and to let me play with my friends, well today the announcement was made that Bethesda and ZeniMax have been working hard on a brand new MMO set in The Elder Scrolls world.

Details are pretty scarce at the moment, but from Bethesda’s press release earlier today we do know that the game has been in development for both PC and Mac for a few years now and that Matt Frior is leading the charge to make the game a reality. Matt has been head of ZeniMax Online Studios since 2007 and has well over 20 years experience working in online games so the project looks as though it is definitely in safe hands.
